Admissions Process

School Tour with the Principal

School tours are available throughout the year. Please contact the school office to schedule a tour, which will include meeting personally with the principal and a comprehensive tour of the school to give a full picture of our spiritual, academic, and athletic programs and facilities.

Application:

Applications for current school year are accepted on a rolling basis. Please contact the office if you are interested in applying for a future school year.

1. Submit completed application and fee to the school office.

2. Documents needed: birth certificate, baptism certificate, family photo, report cards and standardized test scores for the past two years, and a letter of recommendation from current teacher or administrator.

3. Once all documents are received, a Day of Visit for your student is scheduled. During this full day visit, your child will be able to experience the classes and activities of a typical day interacting with students and teachers. Evaluations will be conducted in the core subjects of reading, writing, and math, as well as observations on student interactions with the community of the class.

All prospective parents will have an appointment with the principal to discuss your family's needs and how The Nativity School can meet these needs.

Acceptance:

A decision is made usually within 1-2 weeks, once the visitation and evaluations are completed, the administration will notify the family regarding acceptance. As a Catholic school, we seek to enroll siblings of current school families, students from our own parish, and Catholics from other parishes.
